WINTER POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled outside of 48 hours prior to the pick-up time the full deposit is refundable.
If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the pick-up time the full deposit is non-refundable.

** Delayed or Cancelled flights
If a guest is delayed for their scheduled Kamloops Airport Transfer due to flight arrival delays or cancelled flights, guests will be transferred on the next available airport transfer. If there is not another scheduled airport transfer for the day, Sun Star Shuttle will not be financially responsible for the guests transportation. Sun Star Shuttle will not be responsible for anyone late for departures, missed arrivals or departure flights, delays due to bad roads, passengers late loading, mechanical issues or any other conditions that may cause a guest to miss a connecting flight or an YKA Departure.

SUMMER POLICY: Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Multiple seat rate is available for 2 or more seats booked at the time of booking for the same shuttle pick up shuttle time.
All summer bookings are required to be made 72 hours in advance.

Shuttle operates from November 21, 2015 to April 10, 2016.
If no guests are booked 48 hours prior to arrival the service will not operate at that time.

Guest must provide, flight number, arrival/departure time, accommodation and check in location upon booking.
SUN PEAKS DEPARTURE
***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE KAMLOOPS SHUTTLE DOES PICK UP AT YOUR SUN PEAKS ACCOMMODATIONS UP TO 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR PICK UP TIME.*** This is to ensure that all guests are departing Sun Peaks at the correct departure time. If you are unable to depart 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time, our shuttle service will not be responsible to wait as one delay will delay the resort departure time.*** (Guest will not be eligible for refund and will be responsible for their own transportation to the airport)
After arrival at the Kamloops Airport and baggage is claimed guest move over to the shuttle greeting area where the driver will be waiting with a guest manifest. Guests then proceed with their baggage out the arrival doors to the right to the awaiting Sun Star Shuttle.
1 luggage bag, 1 ski and 1 boot bag, 1 carry on. Baggage will only be transferred for paying guests.
** Greyhound pickups. Guests are responsible for calling Sun Star Shuttle upon arrival to the Kamloops Terminal 250-554-8005, they will then be transferred to the Kamloops Airport. Greyhound transfers MUST be booked in conjunction with a Kamloops Airport Transfer. If a guest is delayed for their scheduled Kamloops Airport Transfer, guests will be transferred on the next available airport transfer. If there is not another scheduled airport transfer for the day, Sun Star Shuttle will not be responsible for the guests’ transportation.
Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult 19 years or older.
Other: Guests can get picked up at the Greyhound station or any other location in the city of Kamloops for an additional fee of $19.50 plus tax to the Airport Shuttle fee.
Guests must call the shuttle provider office upon arrival to the Greyhound station. If a call is not placed to the shuttle operator, Sun Star Shuttle – they will only wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled arrival time.
If parties get separated from each other by Greyhound, the guests must wait until there whole party arrives prior to Sun Star Shuttle picking them up at the Greyhound station.
