Sun Star Shuttle

Transportation Payment and Cancellation fees:

-Prices are subject to applicable taxes

-The full deposit is refundable if a reservation is cancelled outside of 48 hours prior to the shuttle pick-up time for shared shuttles or 72 hours prior to the shuttle time for private shuttles. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the pick-up time for shared shuttles and within 72 hours of private charter shuttles. Charter quotes are based on the confirmed itinerary, any changes requested inside of 72 hours are subject to full forfeiture of the reservation charge.  All refunds are subject to forfeiture of 10% of the booking fee due to processing charges. Refunds are not applicable for delays/missed connections/cancelled flights. In the event of delays/missed connections/cancelled flights, guests will be moved on to the next available shuttle for the day and if there is not another shuttle operating on the day of, then they will be shifted to the next available shuttle on the following day.

-Sun Star Shuttle will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. This includes road closures and delays caused by inclement weather, road conditions, traffic accidents, avalanche closures, acts of God, etc.

AIRPORT

Arrival: 

Upon arrival at the Kamloops airport please collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival’s hall. The driver will be waiting to meet you with a ‘Sun Star Shuttle’ sign. The drivers always have a list of the customer names, flight info and location of drop off (accommodation in Sun Peaks). 

Lost Baggage/flight delays/missed connections:

In the case of lost baggage, the customers are to check in with the shuttle driver first, then report to the airline. In the event of flight delays/missed connections, all customers are required to contact us (250 554 8005) right away to provide an update for the clients anticipated time of arrival, and the clients will then be transferred on to the next available transfer. We request that clients wait in the arrival area (by the bag carousel) and the shuttle drivers will approach the clients or announce the clients name in the PA system. 

Departure:

Please be ready with your luggage at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Reconfirm:

BUS

Arrival: 

Guests are responsible for calling in upon arrival to Kamloops bus station(250) 554 8005 . 

Delay:

In case of a Bus Delay, contact us right away to provide an update for your anticipated time of arrival. Guests will be transferred on the next available airport transfer. 

Departure:

Please be ready with your luggage at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
